Hello, I am new here. I started beading more then a year ago, I am still a starter. I found a shop nearby that sells beads and necklaces. There it all started. I liked some necklaces but wanted to make them myself. And so started my new hobby. But I still have to learn a lot, that is why I am so happy to become a member here.

Hi. I am new here. Bead enthusiast since 1998 and  bead weaving is the love of my arty and crafty side.

Hi Everyone.  I'm new here.  I have been dabbling in seed beading for the better part of three years.  I love it.  I am still not very good at being able to follow a pattern unless it has lots and lots of pictures and diagrams.  I had a beading teacher who was amazing.  She made everything so effortless and fun, but unfortunately we moved 1800 miles away from where she taught her classes and I need alot of support and patience.  Your group seems like it might be the place where I can get that.  Thank you.

I buy Delicas at either General Bead in San Francisco or On a Whim in Cotati, both in California.  I usually buy at least 3 grams, which is how they are usually sold at these places.

I'm new to seed beading. Where do you buy your delicas? Is it a good idea to buy 1 gram o start with.
Comment by Debbie van Tonder on July 2, 2011 at 4:58pm

Create a World Beauty, it looks a lot more complicated than it is, most of my designs are patterns I create and work from, very easy, you just follow the graph or word chart.

Hugs
